We suggest  considering booking your flight to Auckland International Airport (AKL), and later departing from Christchurch International Airport (CHC).

From our research, it appears that there are direct flights to Auckland from Los Angeles (LAX),  San Francisco (SFO), Houston (IAH), New York and Honolulu.

In your confirmation email we also will provide the name of a travel concierge who can help you plan your travel, and also assist with travel insurance. Spherical Luminosity does not make any money from this recommendation. It's provided simply to create ease for your travel.

Please note that we're beginning in Auckland in the North Island and you would be departing from Christchurch on the South Island on October 10 or later.

Once you register, in your confirmation email you'll receive more detailed information on where to arrive, how the arrival logistics work ,etc. At the event you'll receive restaurant recommendations, too, for any meals that are not included!

You will probably not be required to obtain an actual entry visa. (See the official NZ site to determine your country's status: https://www.immigration.govt.nz/visit/what-you-need-to-visit-new-zealand/visa-waiver-countries-and-territories/ )

You're required to have a passport that's valid for at least 3 months beyond your departure date.

You’re also required to have a NZeTA (New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority), which you will need to be able to board your plane to NZ. This must be acquired online, BEFORE traveling. It can take up to 72 hours to process.

We'll provide a link in your confirmation email for you to purchase it directly online. It's currently $117 NZD for the visa (which at the time of writing this page is roughly $78 USD).

We suggest arriving at least 1 day prior to the retreat start date of October 28, to allow yourself to rest and to start to adapt to the time difference.

Two days prior would be even better.

One thing to be aware of, if you're flying from North America, the UK or the EU, please remember that New Zealand is ahead in time so you'll lose a day when you fly (meaning you'll arrive a day later than just the flight time).

For example if you leave on Friday evening from the West Coast of the US or Canada, you'll likely arrive on the Sunday local time.

All hotels will be either 4-star or 5-star, with the exception of Aoraki (Mt. Cook) where lodging is extremely limited. At Aoraki we'll be staying a nice motel (which are more common in NZ than in most other places) for 2 nights.

New Zealand is in the southern hemisphere so their seasons are opposite to the northern hemisphere.

When we’re there at the end of September/beginning of October, they’ll just be exiting their Winter and moving into Spring.

In the North Island, it will be warmer than the South Island.

Daytime temperatures are typically between  14 C - 18 C (for Americans that's between approx 57 F to 65 F).  But nighttime temperature will feel chilly at 7 C - 11 C (45 F – 52 F).

In the South Island, it’s colder.

Daytime temperatures are typically between  10 C - 18 C (50 F to 65 F).  But nighttime will feel cold, probably 4 C - 7 C (39 F - 45 F).

Yes, but please note that a retreat like this can be a pretty intense experience. There is a tremendous amount of acceleration, and depending on who you are, you may experience heavier detox as a result.

The amount of change that people experience with frequency work at this level of resonance is typically quite high, and not necessarily in a predictable way. Most people are looking for that, but for some, that may be challenging.
