- 5 Days of Powerful, Intensive Frequency Work — A retreat with intense focus on frequency work. Once again, this year we're giving as much frequency work as you can optimally integrate. I'll be accessing the very high band of frequencies that bathes San Miguel de Allende to accelerate us even more.
- Intensive GFC sessions — We'll be in session both morning and early afternoon most days, so you can have the most momentum into greater embodiment of the Remembering of YOU as source intelligence. Not an idea of what it should look like, but as an authentic, lived experience.

So to help get you past that ceiling, I've carefully curated in-person integration — including TWO (!) Network Spinal Analysis entrainments with one of the best practitioners in the world, to help your nervous system keep pace, plus breathwork, as well as guided movement by a national level coach.
- Welcome dinner in a beautiful setting on the first night.
- Time to explore the magical town of San Miguel de Allende, and space to meander and integrate.
- Being in community in person with other like-minded people committed to their ascension and to contributing to others. Although each of us must take our own journey, it's amazing to find and be with others who are on a similar path.
