In a last ditch effort to make it stop, I ended up quitting my job and flying to a far away town in Canada to see an acupuncturist who had an unusual ability to see or perceive at the energy level.

After two very intensive years of releasing distortion patterns and experiencing massive growth, in a 9 hour long meditation – the longest meditation I’d ever had before or since—sitting alone on a couch in a tiny studio in Sedona, my frequency resonance rose so high I pierced the veil of forgetting and for some period of time merged back into Pure Source, the Oneness. When I came out of that meditation, EVERYTHING had changed. My seeking simply stopped because I realized that I had access to everything, because there are no secrets in the Oneness.
I could really perceive the magnificent illusion of what we call reality.
That’s when my abilities to perceive and affect things on frequency level came in.
In that 25+ year search in both the spiritual and personal development/growth communities, I noticed a very marked trend.
Most people who try to evoke change through old paradigm meditation or spiritual practices often find that the physical aspect remains messy or neglected, so meaning, you may feel like you’re experiencing spiritual advancement but are lacking in the so-called material world – stuff like abundance, nourishing relationships and physical vitality.
And on top of all that many even feel like they can’t get beyond a certain point in their spiritual practice.

In the new paradigm, consciousness has risen enough so that I have the ability that I do to perceive at frequency level and we FINALLY can address the real source of the problem instead of the symptoms.
Everything is vibrating. Everything is frequencies.
Frequencies—when they slow down in vibration become energy and then as they slow down even more, become physical form, matter or physical reality.
The most efficient way to make powerful, lasting change in our lives is to focus first on initiating that change at the frequency level, which is like the blueprint level of our physical reality, because the physical form is governed by and follows the frequencies—the frequencies are actually the source of physical form (by which, by the way, I mean our reality!).
The old paradigm way to create change is to use traditional, physically based strategies. Change of course can happen that way, but it can take a ton of effort, and the physical change may not stick for very long – things can easily go back to the way they were because you haven’t addressed the frequencies, the real source of the problem.
If instead you make changes on the frequency or blueprint level, the physical world can reorganize around us more quickly and elegantly with less struggle.
